If the first day of January, the fourth day of July, the eleventh day of November or the twenty-fifth day of December falls upon a Sunday, the Monday following shall be the holiday and if they fall on Saturday, the Friday before shall be the holiday.  The above may be amended during the year upon action by the Board of County Commissioners or Legislative change.
